What is Access Global Golf & Travel
Access Global is a global benefit program that provides extensive golf, travel and leisure lifestyle benefits and services; supported by a 7 day a week Personal Concierge service.
How do I enroll?
Access Global benefits are provided to select Membership programs, Partners, and other service providers.
What happens if I resign from my Membership program?
Your Access Global benefits will be deactivated, and any remaining Credits will immediately expire.
The Club Concierge
- You have access to the Club Concierge, available 7 days a week. (Mon. – Fri. 6:00am –6:00pm, Sat. & Sun. 6:00am –3:00pm PST).
- Your Club Concierge can answer questions, book a flight, find a hotel, plan a complete family vacation, book a tee-time and much more.

Will I have to show any form of identification when visiting clubs?
- Your secured reservation is confirmed through the Club Concierge.
- Occasionally, you may be asked to show a driver’s license at the time of check in.
Can I show up at any participating golf club?
- No. All member reservations must be made through the Club Concierge which will guarantee the highest quality service for you.
- Tee times are typically available 14-30 days in advance in the U.S. and up to 60 days for international golf courses. (Note: some golf clubs have different advance booking windows)
I called a participating golf and they couldn’t help me and said they’re not participating.
- Access Global has specific contacts and relationships established to secure the Member benefits and/or access
- All reservations, tee times, and other inquiries must go through the Club Concierge in order to provide the correct rates, information, and answers.
What are Credits?
- Credits are a unique currency that Members can use as partial-payment on eligible purchases made through Palmer Advantage.
- Each Credit has a value of $1.00 when redeemed as partial payment
- Most Credits expire after 1 year from the date they are issued
What are Eligible Purchases, and how I redeem Credits?
- Not every purchase made through Access Global is eligible for Credits to be used as partial payment
- The amount of Credits that can be used as partial payment on any eligible purchase:
- Will always be presented up front along with the original price before any purchase is complete
- The maximum amount of Credits that can be redeemed as partial payment will vary for every eligible purchase
- While it varies for any eligible purchase, a purchase can allow for 10% - 70% of the original base price to be paid for with Credits. That range can widely vary going below 10% or above 70%.
- Credits can be redeemed either with the Club Concierge or online at the Access Global website
- Eligible purchases will always be noted and will show the maximum amount of Credits that can be redeemed as partial-payment
- Eligible purchases can include most the below types of purchases. These may be subject to change without notice:
- Resort and hotel reservations
- Vacation package reservations
- Cruise itinerary reservations
- Product and merchandise purchases
- Wine purchases
- Notable purchases that are not eligible include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Golf tee times
- Membership dues
- Event, attraction, movie, or other forms of tickets
- Food and beverage spend or any other incidental spend
- Golf stay and play packages are resorts offering complimentary golf with each two-night stay
- Airfare
- Rental cars
- Any fees
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred
How do I Earn Credits?
- Members receive $1,000 Credits upon enrollment
- These expire 24 months after the date of issue
- Members earn $50 Credits each month of maintained membership
- These expire 12 months after the date of issue
- Members earn the following Credits for other activities:
- $50 Credits for each round of golf booked
- $100 Credits for each rental car transaction/reservation
- $100 Credits for each airfare transaction/reservation (not per seat ticket)
- Credits are awarded for these activities when booked/purchased through Access Global
- These Credits all expire 12 months after the date of issue
- The awarding of Credits will be automatic, however please allow up to 14 business days for them to appear in your Member Credits Account
- Members can login and view the available Credits balance as well as the expiration details for all Credits that have been added to the account
Can reservations be made online?
What hotels, resorts, cruises and other partners participate?
- There are over 300,000 resort and hotel destinations available from many different brands
- There are over 40,000 cruise itineraries available from nearly every cruise line
- Palmer Advantage partners with many other resort, hotel, service, and product providers, manufacturers and more to offer other unique benefits.
How do I receive communication about my benefits?
- Once you enroll, you will receive a Welcome email that will have your personal login and password
- You will receive periodic emails providing high value travel, shopping and golf offers and deals. (typically weekly)
- You will receive a Periodic “eMagazine”, containing unique member offers, benefit information & lifestyle content. (typically monthly)
