What is Access Global Golf & Travel?
Access Global is a global benefit program that provides extensive golf, travel and leisure lifestyle benefits and services; supported by a 7 day a week Personal Concierge service.
How do I enroll?
Access Global Benefits are provided to Membership Programs under an invitation only basis.
Individuals cannot enroll or purchase Access Global benefits.
Eligible Loyalty Club Members receive Access Global Benefits for Free as an award and thank you from your Home Club.
What is my “Home Club”?
Your home club is defined as the club at which you currently hold a Loyalty Club Membership that is in good standing. You can only have one home club.
What are Credits?
Credits are Dollars that can be redeemed to reduce the already Best Price Guarantee our Members receive off products including: Hotels, Resorts, Cruises, Vacation & Golf Packages, Wine, and more!
When do my Credits Expire?
Enrollment Credits, provided when the membership is activated and Anniversary Credits provided each twelve (12) months of continuous Loyalty Club Membership, expire twenty four (24) months after their issuance date, but may be used for future travels as long as the travel is booked within twenty four (24) months after issuance date and completed within thirty six (36) months after issuance date. The $50 in Credits, provided to Members when they play their Home Club and the $10 in Credits in provided to Members when they book ANY tee time, outside their Home Club expire within twelve (12) months of being awarded.
How do I redeem my Credits?
Members simply call their Concierge or login to the Members Only section of this website.
Are all Member benefits redeemable with Credits?
Not all, but any product or benefit delivered by our travel service partner that is both accessible online and that has “Discount Pricing “ will be able to be purchased in part with Credits. Simply call the Club Concierge or login to find out.
How many Credits can be redeemed at once?
The more “Discount Pricing” associated with that product, the bigger the redemption amount of Credits can be used. Simply login to the website or call the Club Concierge to find out about a specific request.
Can I purchase travel or merchandise for free using Credits?
In all cases you are able to purchase travel or merchandise with a combination of Credits and cash/credit card.
How do I earn more Credits?
In addition to the automatic $1,000 in Credits provided at enrollment, Members will receive $600 in additional Anniversary Credits each year of membership. Members can also earn $50 in Credits for each round of golf played at your Home Club. Members will also earn $10 in additional Credits for each round of golf played outside your Home Club as long as the tee time reservation is made through the Concierge.
I receive $10 in Credits for every round played outside my Home club?
Yes HOWEVER, You must make your tee times through the Concierge in order to receive the additional $10 in Credits for each round played. This will be the only way we can track the rounds played.
What happens if I do not renew my annual Loyalty Club Membership?
Unfortunately, you must continue to maintain your Loyalty Club Member status in your Home Club in order to continue to receive Access Global Benefits.
